We manage a large portfolio of properties in the London area but this does not effect the high level of customer service we provide to our tenants. We have a maintenance team who are ready to deal with any issues properties can throw up with the day to day running of the property and cover any maintenance up to the price of £200.00. If the problem costs more to fix then we can arrange it to be done on the Landlords behalf.
